Mikaela & Will | Haven Event Center Wedding
As a wedding photographer, I was thrilled when I received the opportunity to capture Mikaela and Will's beautiful outdoor wedding at the Haven Event Center in Royal City, Washington. The setting was absolutely breathtaking, with the mountains in the distance providing a stunning view that made for some truly spectacular photos.
The ceremony was held on a lush green lawn, with rows of white chairs facing the miles and miles of farmland. The grandma's tossed petals down the aisle, which was an absolute delight! Mikaela and Will exchanged vows under a wooden arbor adorned with flowers and greenery, and the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape was perfect for them.
As the sun began to set, the mountains in the distance turned a beautiful shade of blue and purple, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. One of the highlights for me was capturing the golden hour photos. The warm, soft light is my favorite time of the day because it creates such a dreamy feel to the images. The barn, with its rustic charm and stunning views, provided the perfect setting for an unforgettable and beautiful outdoor wedding. It was an honor to have the opportunity to capture it all through my lens!
These two met in high school when Will came to Washington from Texas to play in a baseball tournament. Mikaela's parents volunteered to be a host family for the tournament and Will was one of the boys who stayed with her family! They remained friends throughout high school and started dating once they were in college.
I wish them all the best in their new adventures together as husband and wife!
