Despite the chilly weather, the couple’s warm personalities made for a fun experience. I was surprised at how well they held it together in the cold. MELANIE AND JUSTIN’S WINTER ENGAGEMENT PHOTO SHOOT

Melanie, currently in her final year of studies at the Arizona College of Optometry, will graduate later this year. Despite her busy schedule, she and her fiancé Justin were able to visit town for Christmas, which gave us the perfect opportunity to schedule their winter engagement photo shoot. Although the weather was chilly and windy, we lucked out with a bit of sunshine. In between shots, Melanie and Justin snuggled up in their big coats to keep warm. I’m kicking myself for not getting a photo of that cute moment!

These two were troopers! Despite the frigid weather, their love kept them warm and their spirits high. It was obvious that they were head over heels for each other and were willing to tough it out to get the perfect shots. I am thrilled to capture their sweet moments at the stunning Bella Fiori Gardens this coming September, where their wedding is set to take place.
